Glad you enjoyed the course. Walhalla has become the most popular course in Oconee County. Gets doubles the play that Seneca gets. Hopefully I’ll be able to play in the tournament next year.

Good job. Gotta love that some of the neighbors surrounding the course were working in their yards with chainsaws during the afternoon round. It was apropos.

If you’d like to join us, my buddy Bennett and I are heading up to play Walhalla on Sunday morning about 10-11. He’s never played the course either and entered the tourny thinking that the players’ pack would include a Stihl 15hp 22″ Treemaster3000. I can’t enter cuz the spouse is due home that day after a week in Ohio so I have to do the whole ‘loving husband’ thing.

Send me an email or call if you want to jump in on the ride out there. I got a new car, plenty of room.

Thanks for the props amigo, it was very satisfying to shoot a 48 for the first time ever while playing a B-tier. Good enough to hold onto 9th place cash so I made 5 bucks profit over the weekend, and I’m pretty sure I was the only person over 30 to cash, and definitely the only INT over 35 in the top 12.
Somehow, however, my crowning glory was not captured by your talented photo-friend…at least I have proof to show my grandkids in future decades, but it may be revised to a top-5 finish by then
